We have a good orchard (small) for fresh fruits, preserves and butters. We added bees (3rd year!) , hens and will be adding elderberry this year.

Just moved into a new home and planning to landscape with food. Immediately planted organic lavender, rosemary, sweet basil, and oregano starts from my previous garden. I am particulary interested in heirloom, non-GMO, and organic plants.

I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET BACK IN OUR HOME …CLEAN OUT ALL DEAD AND DAMAGED TREES AND WEEDS….START WITH PLANTS,FRUIT TREES ,BEES CHICKENS.ETC. BEEN GONE FOR OVER A YEAR DUE TO FLOOD….EVEN DISABLE I FIND BEING IN THE YARD MAKES ME AT EADES …..

We’re working on making as many of our landscape plants edibles as we possibly can. Spring is right around the corner and we’re adding both blackberry and blueberry bushses this year 🙂
